SoloJuris (“we”) is an educational resource and practice-management platform for solo and small law firm attorneys. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is not legal advice.
Information you provide
We collect the information you enter when you create an account or use our tools — such as your name, email, jurisdictional focus, practice areas, firm goals, saved launch plans, tasks, ledger entries, and forum posts. You may also provide information to third-party payment and authentication providers during checkout and sign-in.
Information collected automatically
We collect basic usage analytics (pages visited, events) and standard technical logs. We do not sell your personal information.
How we use information
- To operate your account and provide the features you request.
- To personalize guidance (for example, state-specific links tied to your jurisdiction).
- To send service, billing, and security-related communications.
- To secure, troubleshoot, and improve the platform.
Generative AI
Some features send prompts to third-party language models to generate content. Avoid submitting confidential client information into generative-AI features. See our AI Safety Center for guidance.
Data retention and deletion
You can delete your SoloJuris app data at any time from your Profile (“Delete account”), which removes your saved plans, tasks, ledger entries, forum content, and preferences and signs you out. Your platform login record is managed separately; contact support to request its removal.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. Verify vendor security practices independently before relying on any tool for client data.
